We had a great time at this hotel! Everything is perfect! The staff is really kind and helpful (the reception, the staff who prepare the breakfast for exemple). The breakfast is excellent, the room is very clean and the hotel in the center of La Valletta. We told the reception that we will have a flight at 6am and they have even prepared for us some breakfast to take away. Will definitely recommend this hotel!!
Modern high tech Hotel. Everything is spot on. Huge Bedroom with a Kingsize bed. TV in several languages.
Only bad point: the Bread and egg at the Rosselli restaurant tastes like cheap warming up pieces from supermarket. Really a downside on a Hotel wich got a Michelin Star. Even if you booked the room at the sister hotel.
Excellent hotel in the centre of Valetta! Very friendly personal! Large & clean rooms! During Corona you can use the breakfest room of the other AX Hotel "Rossini", 20m away. Everytime again! :-)
Fabulous boutique hotel in the near centre of Valletta. Spotlessly clean and full of friendly, happy and helpful staff. The room we had, 201, was spacious and with a enclosed balcony giving a great view of the long street. It is open plan with a partition only around the shower and toilet area which some might find a bit to open plan! Large and comfy bed and also quiet so a lovely hotel. It has a sister hotel about 5 doors further down. Breakfast is served in the cheeky monkey pub next door which provides a good range of options for you. The hotel also has some conference rooms in the lower floor to hire. It is also secure in the sense that the front door is locked and only released by your door card which is nice (not that security ever gave me any concerns). The staff do work hard looking after you and the hotel which does have some history to it. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely return to this or perhaps its sister hotel as its location is also great if your in Valletta for a few days wandering. Great stay.
Result oriented and smiley staff around you making you feel comfortable during your stay. Amazing food, especially the breakfast yummy!! They gave us many complimentaries including a room upgrade for free which was very nice of them. It’s one of the great places where you should be during your stay in Valletta.
