Location is PERFECT. Smack in the center of Minsk. The staff were helpful and the hotel in general was clean and tidy. Good WiFi. But not all is perfect.
The rooms have no safe. Breakfast is OK at best. There are also no extras like gym, lounge, etc. The room service menu is extremely limited...
Very new hotel, a worker of the hotel took our bags from our car to the room when we arrived. At the reception we found out that we had been upgraded to a higher category room. The room had a very big and confy bed, two flat screen TVs, a large sofa and a big bathroom with a good shower. When we went out of the hotel a worker of the hotel asked if we would like to have an umbrella as it was a bit cloudy outside. We were always greeted by the receptionist and asked if we had any wishes or complaints about the room. When asked if I could have some water, the receptionist said that it would be brought to the room in two minutes. The water was free of charge. The breakfast was fine, the variety was good but not outstanding. In general it was a very good experience therefore the 5 star review.
