Good day! I called twice in advance and booked a room for 3 days. But upon arrival, there was no reservation. The administrator quickly resolved the issue by offering us a family-type room at no extra charge. Of course, there might not be a free person and one would have to hastily look for another hotel. In this regard, please be more careful. In general, a good location, it was quiet, clean in the room. The only thing that the entrance doors are banging a lot, it won't be possible to close it quietly due to the installed electric lock. It's great that the rooms are large, like the bathroom, high ceilings, a lot of air. Comfortable, large beds, clean linen. The family room needs to add dishes and cutlery. The food in the restaurant is delicious, the breakfasts are super. True, sometimes it manages to cool down while they report to the room.
On March 13, 2021, we were lucky enough to have our wedding in this beautiful establishment!
Everything went not only great, but even better than we imagined! Alevtina is a very pleasant and responsible girl, she helped us in many things and even corrected the contractors' shortcomings, taking responsibility
The table was incredibly tasty and varied!

I do not advise. We were at the weekend, they brought a cold pot with a steak. Ordered lunch, brought raw pancakes with raw dough and burnt. We ordered lunch, delivery is 50 minutes late, an incomplete lunch arrives, which is not reported, often hair in food. Then the owner contacted and said that if you don’t like it, don’t order. And such an answer to regular customers who held corporate events, often came with their families on weekends and on weekdays. So with this approach of the owners, definitely not, and the future with such an approach is very gloomy.
We rested at the hotel from 4 to 6 February. Liked everything. Very helpful and polite staff. The room is clean, warm, quiet, which was very important to us. For a fee, you can have a delicious meal at the hotel. In short, we recommend.
Very polite and pleasant staff, always ready to help. We live in the hotel for a week from 04-10.01.2020 on the third floor, maybe they wanted complete silence, the room is clean, fresh, small, but cozy. The cuisine is great! We enjoyed it from the heart, the breakfasts are great both in taste and appearance! Thank you very much for a wonderful stay
