Charged me full cost for two hand towels when I merely used them to wipe the bottom of my dress shoes. The stain could/should have been easily removed through the washing machine. Instead of showing me any proof of permanent damage after said cleaning, they just charged me without any evidence of trying to remedy the situation. They forget they are in the hospitality business. Just horrible service.
Horrible hotel! Even with lowered expectations being in Minsk. Marriot titanium member and the other property that I love was not available unfortunately. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Poorly managed, staff doesn't have the ability or permission for independent thought. Management is unprofessional and has no idea they are in the hospitality business. Too many problems. I would be more happy sleeping in the public park then ever coming back here. There is a much better choice to stay in Minsk. I will avoid this nightmare.
Such a great hotel! The staff is very nice, especially Mr Klim dein the reception always had the best recommendations. A very good and professional receptionist!

Very nice hotel in the middle of Minsk city & convenient area. Relaxing place to stay. Very nice staff, Overall, the rooms were great, well designed and comfortable. The hotel was clean and well maintained.
Had fantastic stay. Everything was excellent. Rooms are new beautiful spacious. Breakfast was very good. Staff was excellent and very helpful always smiling. Would definitely come back.
