While leaving the room, going to do checkout, Housekeeping stopped me and told me I must check the room first, I said okay, I waited upfront of the room, suddenly came out shouting, there’s one towel is missing, check your bag you might forget it there, I said no way, check the room again, or might be missing from beginning, we went inside and she start look fir it again then she found it same place , because I didn’t use it, she said I thought you use it and it’s not there, I’m sorry, that wasn’t good plus no cattle which it coast almost nothing in the room, you need to walk all the way to elevator to get hot water from water dispenser. Not good at all, other than that nothing really, to be fair, but I wouldn’t go there again myself, for this price I could have stayed in better place.
Very clean and close to central, perfect location
In general the hotel was good: clean, warm. It corresponds to three-stars hotel. What is related to the price - it is possible to find in Minsk 4 star hotel for similar price, but it will look then absolutely different (bigger rooms, slippers, tea, etc.)
Great place. Nice area for sight seeing
For the price and service why would you stay anywhere else in Minsk. Our room on the 8th faced the West for some great sunsets.
