Very lovely hotel, the receptionists were very helpful and friendly and most importantly can speak English fluently. Already been been there twice and it would be definitely my next hotel if i decide to visit Minsk again
Room is ok but can hear all noise from outside. Crazy guys drift with their car in front of hotel at night. Surprisingly nobody complaining or police doesn't care.
Loved the looks l, the food and mostly the super alive surroundings. Great food opportunities, artsy places and a nice 15min walk till city center
Honestly it is good hotel and nice staff. About 15 minutes walk to minsk center
Menu in the room doesn't correspond to the menu in the restaurant downstairs. Rude personal. They are going for a cool industrial vibe. What they achieved is a spooky, Soviet vibe. Charged me "destroying two towels" after some ointment got on them. They didn't even try to wash them. Extra charge of $20 or $30 for a bathrobe! No separate creams, shampoos, conditioners if you buy a regular room.
The only redeeming factor is the excellent, exciting and creative restaurant downstairs - Simple. You are excited for every new dish. The unusual combination of ingredients takes your taste buds by surprise.
