I stayed here just a couple of weeks after it opened. It looks exactly like the pictures - finished to a high standard with fun decor, great amenities in the rooms and nice touches like plenty of free sweets and chocolate! For such a central location, it felt quiet and calm inside and is a perfect base from which to explore Milan. The staff are lovely - really attentive and friendly. The roof terrace is gorgeous too.
If you are looking for a perfect hotel in Milan is this one. The location couldn’t be better and you can enjoy the best Italian design in your room.
Besides that the service is absolutely great.
I highly recommend the hotel if you are going to Milan. By the way the hotel has a very good Gym
The service is so friendly, everyone is so nice and makes you feel at home. The food in the restaurant Vikissimo is so delicious! Galleria Vik Milano is a real design and art hotel. There is
beautiful art throughout the hotel and restaurant, in every room, in every hallway. Check out the black light art in the the 5th floor hallway. The beds are very comfortable and our bathroom was a really beautiful blue stone. Our room was super comfortable in every way! I can't wait to go back and stay in a different room!
This can be possibly have been my best stay in Milan (And I traveled a lot to Milan).
Staff is extremely nice, room is great, neighborhood is unbelievable.
If I really have to find something to complain (but I am almost ashamed to mention) is the lobby is tiny... but who is going to stay in the lobby anyway?
Clean , cosy, quiet room , very patient and helpful staff, meraviglioso view. I would like to come back as soon as possible I would choose the same hotel and the same room :-)))
I have been going to Milan monthly for work for the past 4 years and I keep returning to this fantastic hotel. The position right next to Rinascente and so close to all the best restaurants is ideal even if you go alone or with family. No need to get a cab everything is within walking distance shopping & dining. The rooms are big, always spotless and the service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful speaking several languages. I would highly recommend this hotel over and over!

I loved staying at this hotel during my business trip in March 2021. It's really new, clean and comfy. The location is amazing and from the terrace you can admire the center of Milan. The staff was also very cool, recommended!
Great boutique hotel. Wonderful and helpful service. Breakfast includes cafe, bread, fruit, yogurt, baked goods and sliced meat. The location is near a main shopping thoroughfare, close to food, shopping and tourist sites. Bedding and pillows were nice, not overly luxurious.
A lot of city noise, its the center of a big city.
This place is a most perfect set up, better than a Hotel so complete till the smallest details. Coffee machine Nespresso till the perfect bathroom with complete beauty box.
The location even better, more center than that you will not find.

The location of this brand new hotel couldn’t be better! The street is super quiet but very close to the Duomo and The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. The staff is very helpful with all enquiries that you may have. The rooms are neat and clean. I would totally recommend and wouldn’t mind staying here if I come back to Milan.
Love the 10th floor - The Roof! Currently having breakfast here as I type! Nice ambience. Good food as well. Great cocktail too - I had dinner here on the first night and enjoyed my steak made to perfection. If you want to go for champagne, there's a good selection. The rooms are clean and spacious.... I'm staying in the Junior suite. For the price, you get good value.. oh! Its right in the middle of everything -Duomo, the fashion district etc.
A location was excellent,very easy to go shopping and entertainment places.a little bit spend time to a supermarket,though.
I think this strong point is so helpful when a whether is too bad day

This is the location you would dream of in Milano, close to everything important but away from city noise and traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the suite was well appointed, beautifully furnished, stylish and very clean!
I have stayed multiple times at the Mandarin in Milan and was never disappointed. Great quiet location, great SPA, good service, nicely appointed rooms. The only thing that could be improved is maintenance - the room floors are scratched and do not look that good in full light. SPA showers leak across the floor. Also, I once had to request 3x for housekeeping. Relatively minor issues overall..
Loved that Hotel. I have stayed in Bulgary hotel also in Barcelona/Spain, was just as stylish and comfortable experience. Clean, well organized, central located and good service. I especially liked design of that Hotel. Chic and yet very clear lines, soft colours, very Manhattan like. Absolutely loved it! Recommend, especially for business trips. Thank you to the Team for great well done Job!
