I highly recommend this hotel. Very nice staff! A very clean hotel. Breakfast had a large variety to choose from. I will definitely want to come back! It is very close to Central station. Veronica at the front desk was very helpful.We stayed in room 305 15/01 - 21/01
Myself and my partner booked a very last minute trip to Italy, staying at the IQ Hotel. Upon arrival, they had upgraded our standard double-single room to a king size bed and gifted us a voucher for a free drink at their rooftop bar.
Staff were extremely polite and friendly, room was very nice with complimentary tea, coffee and water.
My partner had not informed the hotel that it was my birthday, but they still knocked and delivered us a complimentary bottle of Brut
Unfortunately, I did not get chance to check the spa facilities so I cannot comment on this.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to hopefully returning myself!
Room is very small but very clean and nice. Hotel is good and beautiful. The only problem is that they don't allow if you have a guest for more than 2 hours which shouldn't be their problem. I have never seen in my life any hotel saying how many hours to have your guests. So they tell you what to do in your room.
Amazing hotel, everything is spot on, great location with helpful staff, everything exceeded our expectations, will definitely come back.
