nice hotel, but i’m sorry, service is ZERO. we arrived and the hotel was empty, 10 min to look for receptionist and then once we checked in everybody disappeared again, so we couldn’t even ask something to eat. i’m really sorry about this situation, but don’t consider at all until they change the stuff here or the way to act with the guests.
Cozy, calm, warm like home,just a great place to have an evening glass of wine and morning coffee when you visit busy Milano. Surely I will come back :) Magic sourandings even if it's rainny day.

We booked one night in a Suite with breakfast.
The room was ok...
Breakfast is from 07:30 to 09:30.
We were there on 09:00 and everything was empty. Only one piece of bread (3 cm) were there. This ruined the completly stay!
