Don’t hesitate to book here! Very flexible and accommodating. It was my boyfriend’s birthday so they upgraded up, brought a bottle of champagne and he had to work all day the next day so let us checked out at the end of the day instead of am. Very nice staff, and located in the heart of Milan. Thank you for everything Mage Giulia! ✨
We are actually Milan residents and live just 20 mins walk to the hotel but we stayed here for one night as our little 'staycation' in our city, treating ourselves with an evening at the nearby La Scala opera theatre. The location is practically next to the Duomo, the place is impeccably styled, perfect for design lovers, the rooms were spotlessly clean, the service was always with a smile. The breakfast bar, redesigned for COVID purposes, is just enough without excess and has everything you need. The bed was large and comfortable. It was just perfect for our special 'holiday'.
Amazingly helpful staff makes this jewel in Milans very center my favorite hotel in the city.
