Great hotel. Been upgraded to better accommodate me and my family. Staff always nice and helpful. They did recognize my Platinum status from the beginning and feel appreciated. Room was perfect, comfy beds, enourmous TV and really nice shower. Deserves a return.
I was on a busuness trip in Milan and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights
My experience here was amazing! Everything was very very nice. Interior is beautiful, room is spacious, clean and and pleasant anddd food is delicious
I especially wanted to emphasize that staff here is very professional and polite. Especially Luca (waiter in restaurant), Gabrieli (receptionist, sorry if spelled wrong) and cleaning lady (dont know her name but was cleaning on 4th floor) who made my stay in hotel a lot more pleseasurble
I have nothing but nice word for this place. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!
Gorgeous hotel and always lovely staff. The only reason for 4 stars is that the room price is reasonable but everything else is extra and not so reasonably priced ... 30 Euros for overnight parking and 45 Euros for a steak without sides!?!!
This hotel is almost perfect only without the reception staff. I think i had been in this hotel also before but also at that time reception staff was very rude and uneducated.
They are very uneducated as a receptionist.
Check in lady staff was quite good but she was also very amature...

You are not the hotelier to work in Sheraton level.
You should thanks god that at least you have a job.
When you see the client, plz just tell something not looking such like ‘what do you want’. If you don’t speak english very well, try to speak just not rudely.
You were very pathertic and so much rude.
If there are manager of the reception, i’d like to tell you that your staff were terrible and pathetic as uneducated people in the world..
Those are only one problem of this hotel.
The other facilities and room is perfect than i expected. Especially room bed is perfect. I want to go back to this hotel also only to sleep...(when the staff wake up for their mindset).
The hotel is great and clean, and the staff is spectacular.
Only the parking 30 euro per day is a bit high.
