Reviews from visitors:
Fashionable and fairly new hotel. The terrace inside the hotel looked gorgeous. Stairs also beautiful. Shower and bed good. Lives up to it’s stars. Service at reception and in restaurant was really good and personal. Had breakfast and diner here. Both good. Mind that the hotel is in a ZTL zone if you arrive (and again when you leave) by car. Friendly ladies at the reception helped us with this and put in quite a lot of effort. Service with a heart. Much appreciated! Loved the place and we will return for sure.
We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo. I would love to give 5 stars for the following: all of the staff at the front desk and restaurant were outstanding, friendly, very helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself was very close to the centre of the city and all the sights/shopping (5-10min walk to Duomo and all other major sights are walkable). The breakfast and coffee were excellent as was dinner. We stayed in a Superior room which was beautifully decorated, spacious with a little sitting area and perfect for 2 girls. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard with fun decor and the courtyard is visible from the rooms. The public spaces were very clean and we felt very safe here . The only problems we encountered were the lights not working properly as the new system (through TV and tech controls) was always going on/off randomly so it was hard to see in the evening. Also, the cleaning was good for bed/washroom but very little other than that and would suggest they replace new cups for coffee or pick up old ones daily (only one mug was provided) so that we could use the coffee machine in the room. The washroom was very nice looking but very little place to hang towels/clothes while showering and surface to place toiletries, etc, no robes or slippers. Perhaps installing some towel racks because the towels are currently on a high shelf above the toilet and bidet? That said, we would definitely return to this hotel and the above comments were meant to bring attention to the smaller things that could be improved as this is a relatively new hotel so there may be some fine-tuning. This hotel is a great choice for visiting Milan and we look forward to returning!
PS This hotel was very conveniently located to get to Linate airport in approx 15minutes
Entirely renovated hotel with the same decoration touch of Château Monfort. The internal patio has been transformed into a cosy place for breakfast and apéritifs. The chandelier-giraffe has an absolute impact on the customer, as much as the gigantic fashion sketches on the wall of the patio. See photos.
In Covid time, all the measures are taken to protect the customers.
Very efficient management led by Dr. Stefano Risolè GM who is rigorous with warm manners. Definitely, one find here the true Italian hospitality, not a copy. The real hospitality made in Italy, where the customer is always the king. G. Novelli Geneva, Switzerland
Great boutiquehotel, fantastic service.
5 Stars All The Way
Great hotel, Walter from the front desk really went the extra mile to offer the best service. Will come back!
