I have stayed multiple times at the Mandarin in Milan and was never disappointed. Great quiet location, great SPA, good service, nicely appointed rooms. The only thing that could be improved is maintenance - the room floors are scratched and do not look that good in full light. SPA showers leak across the floor. Also, I once had to request 3x for housekeeping. Relatively minor issues overall..
One of the best, love comos hotel as well. Really luxury and worth every cent to pay for. I love it even not less than Bulgary Milano. Amazing staff and super service every time!

Great hotel! Beautiful spa, spacious luxurious room. Wonderful attention to detail! We came here for our anniversary and the staff were very attentive adding special touches to make the experience memorable like a bottle of champagne, dessert, a card, rose petals and the bathtub filled. Excellent bar too! I highly recommend this hotel for its service and location. Amazing cleaning staff too! Just wow!
