Great location and cozy atmosphere. I really liked having my room facing the canal but it can be a bit noisy at night/evening so if you are sensitive you should ask for a room facing away from the street. Comfy bed and great shower.
I had a wonderful meal here. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, gave good advice for both the wine and food. I found the place itself very charming, exposed roof rafters in combination with white table cloth - nice. Food and wine were both good, only letdown is that there seems to be only tourists dining here. Then again, it’s in a tourist area.
The hotel is ok. It is cozy, although the rooms are a bit old.
There is an old man in reception who is really rude, so that makes you feel not welcomed at all. The hotel could be great, but because of this little details we won't go again. Choose a hotel near the Duomo, which is a better area.
That man can ruin your stay, really.
Loved this place. Warm ambiance. Whether in the courtyard view or canal view. Great neighborhood to walk in and the restaurants are all great, lots of local Italians are in this neighborhood so wasn’t too touristy.
Nice hotel on nice location with nice staff.
(but no fifth star because of the rude waiter in the restaurant)
