Reviews from visitors:
Great boutique hotel. Wonderful and helpful service. Breakfast includes cafe, bread, fruit, yogurt, baked goods and sliced meat. The location is near a main shopping thoroughfare, close to food, shopping and tourist sites. Bedding and pillows were nice, not overly luxurious.
A lot of city noise, its the center of a big city.
Great location. Large bathroom and excellent shower. Stayed in the white coloured room, definitely bright. Elevator is very small, it can fit 2 people and not handicap accessible. Room is a decent size , comfortable bed and good amenities. The receptionists weren’t the most hospitable, very dry in both check in and check out. The cleaning crew and rest of the staff are excellent and very friendly as well. Breakfast is very basic, I’d suggest you go out and get your pastries and coffee elsewhere.
( wish they had complementary water in the bedrooms)
We can not fault this hotel. The staff were incredible going above and beyond, the breakfast was delicious with new things to try every morning and you can’t beat the location - very close to shops and transport. We would stay at this amazing art deco hotel again next time we visit Milano
Good example of poor design that does not function. Painted in dark colors with minimal
Lightning throughout the hotel. Rooms painted dark grey with dim lights! so dark you will have a hard time finding your clothes in the suitcase or identifying what bottle you are taking out of the refrigerator. Shower is painted dark red/brown with a tiny light in the shower head. Hard to see the soap or shampoo. Air conditioning did not work well and we woke up in a sweat. The “Free breakfast” was already sitting in the dark lobby but we were not allowed to have any. We were offered Luke warm coffee instead. Location is good but you’ll stub your toe in the dark!
I got a very bad experience with this guys. Very sad. No tea, coffee, water heater, fridge in the rooms. No parking. Interior is kind of like you are in a cave. Should be better for such money.
