The service is so friendly, everyone is so nice and makes you feel at home. The food in the restaurant Vikissimo is so delicious! Galleria Vik Milano is a real design and art hotel. There is
beautiful art throughout the hotel and restaurant, in every room, in every hallway. Check out the black light art in the the 5th floor hallway. The beds are very comfortable and our bathroom was a really beautiful blue stone. Our room was super comfortable in every way! I can't wait to go back and stay in a different room!
Best location possible. Large room and attentive staff. Only issue is with the heater that was too hot during the days even after adjustment. However, it was fine during the nights.

The staff of this hotel is one of the best, very nice and helpful, however to consider this hotel as 7 stars is too pretentious. Rooms facing the galleria are noisy, you need to ask for TV in advance, and some of the art can be quite offensive for some religions... Location cannot be better, but for me there are better value for money in Milan
