Great place to stay. Nice and attentive staff. Clean and spacious rooms.
Central location.
Good breakfast, no buffet but freshly cooked.
No sign outside the door.
Terrific staff and service, and the breakfast is wonderful whether you have it in their dining area or delivered to your room. The location is hard to beat -- a 15-minute walk will get you pretty much anywhere you'd want to go, with convenient transit options nearby for anything farther out. Even though there's a fair bit of construction going on in the area right now, having a lush, green terrace to sit out on in the morning or evening is really nice.
Currently staying at the hotel ,it’s quite nice definitely different it’s unique which makes it special. The rooms are clean and from the two that I’ve seen are quite different in their layout . I’m certain that the service is equally good however we have made two reasonable requests which were turned down , one being the air conditioning our room has no air circulation and becomes quite hot in the evening so sleeping was less than comfortable. The other request ,since our room has an out door patio and it’s been raining all day we asked for a patio umbrella .
Each request was turned down simply because it was not the right time of year to provide such amenities. It’s presently May 27th the weather is warm and why does our neighbours room have an umbrella and we can’t have one till the summer as they said.
Don’t believe we are being unreasonable with either request.
Sad to say not to happy.
Great hotel in the heart of Milan.Perfect location, amaizing staff and delicious breakfast cake. Would come back !
