I had a great time here. It was a good stay for a business trip. Nothing to complain. The room was clean and the people working here very friendly and smiling.
Nice hotel in Milan. Reasonably priced. Good location. Clean rooms and helpful staff at the reception. The breakfast could use more variety and get refilled more often. The noise from the metro below is not something to hold you back as it gets unnoticeable really fast.
Excellent location, plenty of good restaurants nearby, and Loreto metro station to reach easily many interesting points. Customer service was just excellent and very welcoming. The room is quite modern and the bed was super comfy. Will definitely want to return. Grazie!
We stayed at this hotel for a single night when we first arrived in Milan. We arrived late at night (11pm) but this was absolutely no problem - the reception was open and the immediate area felt very safe. The hotel is quite new and the rooms are comfortable, clean and well appointed. There was also no noise from the street at all so sleeping was easy. The breakfast is inexpensive but very good. The location is perfect right next to Loreto metro stop at the junction of two lines taking you to either Duomo or Central Station. I only wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recomended.
Staff are very friendly and helpful and also speak great English. The breakfast is an amazing deal at only 2.5 Euro for fresh pastries, coffee, and juice.
You couldn't ask for a better location either. Right next to the underground. A 15 minute walk or 5 minute ride from the central bus depot and then less than 10 minutes to the Duomo di Milano.
The bed is pretty firm so do be prepared for that, but the bedding, outfitting, and extras are all great and the rooms are spotlessly clean.
