It's an old fashioned hotel that's not quite close to the main city sites but has a few large, clean, comfortable bedrooms and impeccable bathrooms. Best reserved for a business trip, perhaps. Their complementary toiletries are shabby and lacking moisturizer. The breakfast room is in a basement level, their food selection adequate, although there are too many pastries and cakes, maybe they should improve their fruits, nuts and cereal selection and they should play better ambient music and not the radio. I was late for a checkout here once and they were super understanding. The entire staff was helpful and professional.
Their cleaner pushed my wife just out of the room at 9 in the morning.
No internal communication within staff.
It s a pity as the breakfast instead is very well managed but other things made my final grade negative
You have more better in the same price, I didn't like anything in that hotel except the staff,
they were kind and friendly.

Amazing hotel in Milan, clean good breakfast and friendly staff. One thing that I love is the shower, amazing pressure and spacious exactly what you need in the morning to start your day in Milan
