Stayed at the end of February 2020. The hotel has very professional staff, the breakfast was perfect and our room was beautiful. 5 stars service !

Due to COVID-19 we couldn't travel to Milan and Sina the Grey would not give us a refund. Really disappointed with the service from the Hotel due to the global situation.

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. Just next to the Galleria and steps away from the Duomo. Breakfast is amazing. Very recommended.
