Very bad!!!! The hotel claims to be open via booking.com & own homepage - after booking you will receive an email one day before that the hotel is closed and they booked you a room instead at the NH collection opposite the street - on phone they told me the NH collection is even nicer. Wrong! It is not. This is a CoV-19 Rip-Off. I will report to booking, the NH Group and hotel association - as even the Webpage is open for booking!! No info that it is closed. At the NH Collection they told me that Palazzo Moscova is closed since month due to covid. This was my last time at a NH hotel. You do not treat the few quests that come to Milano like that. Terrible. Tell everybody about this scam.
Lovely hotel in a perfect location with simple yet comfortable rooms and quality breakfast buffet. If I should complain one thing, there was a party going on outside and was too noisy to sleep tight on Friday night. Other than that, I truly enjoyed the stay.
Amazing hotel! a perfect place, near to everything. They have a nice breakfast buffet and a bar to have a drink before you go to sleep. Also the rooms are clean, spacious and quiet. Very friendly staff! My next stay in Milan will definitely be in this hotel!
A small hotel, very nicely located near shopping and restaurants.
My room was quite small, but very nice, clean and with a modern decor.
The breakfast buffet is delicious and fresh. I especially enjoyed having 8 different types of fresh juice to choose from.
I can recommend this hotel.
Delightful and welcoming staff who could not have been more helpful or obliging. Well located hotel with historic touches paying homage to the building’s origins. Comfortable room and brilliant breakfast buffet. Highly recommend.
