We were on our way to Key Largo for our honeymoon and first flew into Miami but a tropical storm caused the bridge to close to the Keys leaving us with no other plans. We found this place on a google search and decided to try it after a long and defeating day. As soon as we checked in, Luca turned our night around. He sent up the sweetest note to us. He gave us recommendations on where to eat. The hotel itself was lovely! We decided to get a massage in the spa and it was just what we needed. The hotel was clean and service was fantastic. Luca always had a smile on his face and went above and beyond in every way possible.
Stayed here for 2 nights after getting a great last-minute deal from Kimpton. My wife and I really enjoyed the great views from our room as well as the proximity to the city center. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. Rooms were clean, spacious and modern. Staff were very friendly. Definitely coming back next time I'm in town.
My stay at the Kimpton EPIC was just that…EPIC!! Truly a place of luxury and well worth it. I extended my time there and the team was very accommodation. Melissa was awesome with guest services and Wilson Nolasco over valet was amazing, too. Parking at the Kimpton Epic can been busy and I had an issue with valet. However, Wilson was helpful and he quickly resolved the issue. He made me feel like VIP for the rest on my stay. I also stayed at the Kimpton Palomar on south Beach. Wilson was able to provide VIP services for me there as well. I cannot wait to come back to Miami to stay at any Kimpton Hotel.
I loved how this hotel's staff made my stay memorable. I know I only stayed there for two days but they never failed to let me enjoy my time there. The accommodation was absolutely great. I personally loved the pool area of the hotel and its diners. I can't say enough good things about my experience and this hotel, but one thing for sure is, I really had a great time when I was there! Thanks! Highly recommended!
This hotel would be great but the amenities aren’t justified for the price. I would say it’s a 3- star hotel quality. T valet is an absolute joke - don’t expect to leave within 45 minutes on a Saturday night after you call for your car, the room service was cold, and at $750/night I’d expect better. It’s not very family friendly. The valet parked the car in the rain out in the open with our baby. I’m so disappointed in my experience - highly recommend looking for another option.
