I found this on groupon a few years back. I love the decor funky and eclectic. Service was great the rooftop patio was really nice. I would come here again.
Staff were great. The hotel, not so much. Rooms were not clean. TV did not work. Fridge door would not shut. The walls are so thin, can hear everything. Bedding only had sheets and the room was freezing even with the AC off.
Great location, affordable prices, decent rooms ( doors do not have peek holes) staff was very nice. My advice, do NOT opt for the hotel's valet parking. They do tell you to call ahead, allow " 30-35 mins" to get your car. They must park the cars in Ft Lauderdale because I waited an hour plus each time.
I stayed here for my birthday 2/17/2021-2/20/2021 the toilet seat had urine all over it I could tell it been there for awhile because it was dried up. There was no microwave the refrigerator was broke and leaked water our entire stay. The complementary breakfast came with 2slices of bread, a bagel,a cup of coffee,cereal and milk. One of my pillows had a dent in it so I know the beds weren’t changed!! They offer no housekeeping for stay overs. What’s the difference between going inside a check out which the guest wouldn’t be present vs going in a stay over which the guest also wouldn’t be present IF you set times for housekeeping to accommodate stay overs ,you don’t just offer them no service to the rooms at all they were dirty when we arrived and they were already paid for!!This hotel only gives the illusion that it’s going to be a nice place to stay. There were other guests complaining about the rooms also and NO you’re not going to find my name because my friend booked our stay here but my room number was 218 and theirs was 216 and I will never ever stay here again!! I see your also forced to give at least one star to even complete a review,Very displeased with this hotel.
AVOID THIS PLACE!! THE AIR CONDITIONER DOES NOT WORK. WHEN YOU ASK 3 DIFFERENT TIMES FOR SOMEONE TO FIX IT THEY BLAME YOU. THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE. WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT TO STAY IN A 85 DEGREE ROOM IN MIAMI. STAY AWAY!
