Tried confirming reservations. Phone number on website goes to call center. Call center couldn’t even answer simple questions. They said they would have someone call back. Been a week. DON’T BOOK ROOM THERE
Please DO NOT stay in this establishment. They do not have any staff in the evening, just a security guard manning the front desk. The sign outside of the building does not read the hotel name so it was hard to determine if we were at the right place. Once we got inside of the room, the first thing we noticed was dry blood stains on the bathroom floor. The “security guard” informed us that they could not do anything and that cleaning service would be an additional fee to us. Later in the evening, we pull the sheets back to go to sleep and what do we find? Blood stains on the sheets. This place is a health hazard! Not sure why the cleaning standards are so low and subpar. If it wasn't so late in the evening, we would have gone elsewhere.
Great location near restaurants, bars and graffiti walls. Our spacious room had a great view from the patio, a full kitchen, TV with Netflix, and a reasonably comfy bed. Open floor plan. Price was very reasonable. My only complaint is the bathroom. Some paint peeling and there is mold in the shower. The water flow from the shower was a disappointing trickle. So if you're particular about cleanliness in the shower this isn't for you. Otherwise, book with confidence.

What a great place to stay when you're in Miami. Clean rooms and the staff was great. It was in a cool neighborhood with several great places to eat across the street.. There is an awesome pool and a super view of the city from the roof.. We hope to stay there the next time we're in town.
