Excellent poolside fare and service. Lobster roll . Front desk, and all staff very helpful and professional. Made dinner reservations for us among many other kind services. Location perfect. South of the crowds and noise. Beach service also well done. Suite comfy and roomy.
My boyfriend and I were so blown away by this hotel! Right near the action of South Beach but secluded enough that you would think you were at your own little oasis. The pool/beach club were amazing; great food, service, and cocktails offered all day long! It really was a perfect vacation/escape from the New England winter! Daniella and George were so accommodating, they made our arrival so easy/effortless by letting us check in early, and even gave us a complimentary suite upgrade! 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the perfect south beach escape!
This hotel is truly a gem in South Beach. First, it's a historic hotel that has been beautifully renovated, and you feel the old world vibes as soon as you walk in. Second, it's well maintained, despite it's age, and the housekeeping is decent. Finally, it's not crowded! The beach is always wide open, you can always get a chair by the pool, and the service is really easy and reliable. The food is so-so, but whatever, for what your'e getting (at the price point), this is a stand-out place. I hope they continue to do well.
This hotel should have a 5 star rating. The resort is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Miami sun.

We love The Savoy. The staff tries to accommodate all wants and needs. The Savoy upgraded our room and gifted my husband a bottle of champagne for his birthday! It was very sweet. The hotel has a chic tropical quaint vibe.
