I'm not the type to leave reviews, but this hotel wasn't all that for it's price. Rooms were too basic. I got there Thursday couldn't get in touch with room service until Saturday. Prior to that I tried about 3-4 times using the phone in the room. I just wanted to order food and extra towels. I give it a 3 because their pool was good and so were the views.
Really nice hotel and great location. There is a Publix right across the street, which was helpful, in case you want last minute snacks or drinks. The room and bathroom we had was spacious and clean. The rooftop pool area was pretty cool. Views were amazing and there was a bar up there with lots of sitting space. The pool itself was smaller, but was comfortably heated. The entrance and the parking garage was a little tricky to maneuver. It's fine for smaller vehicles but would be tough to use an SUV or truck in there. Overall really loved my experience here. I would consider using this hotel again.
We loved this place and had the top floor suite with all the amazing views. One floor above was the pool and outdoor lounge. The Breakfast is a huge buffet and the food is excellent. Valet parking, lots of boutiques and great shopping near by. Our suite was a bath and a half, 2 bedrooms and a Dinning room and living room. The staff as well as the room service staff were always courteous and professional They also have an excellent fitness center. If you are going to Miami, you must stay here. Great Hotel and best location to see all of Miami!! We will be going back soon.
I love the decor - peach and which white, just like my home. It's so lovely here. But, what really takes the cake is the friendly and superb service. If you get cold easily - the AC is STRONG. So, bring your cozy clothes & request extra blankets. Lol.
Blanca is the best. She makes this hotel seem like a vacation home for my family.The location here is perfect for people who want to discover all the great new spots in the emerging downtown scene. The list restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance (or a short ride) seem to grow with each visit. The added bonus of not having to fight ANY traffic to experience any of it is a gigantic plus for me.The staff here keeps this place running smoothly and the property is always in top condition.
