Loved everything about this hotel. The staff is very friendly and everyone is very accommodating. I reached out a couple times with special requests and it was accommodated within minutes. I was greeted every time I walked by an employee at the hotel. I will be returning here in April!
I absolutely love this building. The staff is extremely friendly and very willing to help. The exterior of this building does not do it justice is absolutely stunning overall it’s very central as far as location. It’s close to pretty much everything but I’m sure you’ll definitely pay the price for your comfort.
Great 5 star service. Alan is the best! He made us feel like VIPs the entire stay. Loved it!
Power outlets at desk weren’t working. Espresso machine didn’t work. Could use better cleaning and staff kept showing up unannounced (guess the Do Not Disturb sign was there for show)
Beautiful hotel. very artsy and visually appealing. The rooms were very nicely laid out. The elevators have funny people stickers inside them, lol. Great views from the rooms. highly recommended.
