If I could give 6 starts to this restaurant I would. By far the best italian food I've had in Miami. Absolutely everything was delicious. That truffle pasta is to die for, I would go back just for that... but certainly ordering half of the menu. Everything is delicious!!

Loved the hotel. Beautiful design, comfortable beds. However, often the swimming pool was crowded and there was nowhere to relax (and we stayed 6 nights!). Moreover, there was no basic complimentary tea or coffee in the room, and the turn-down service would only sometimes leave water for the night. Those things just seem so basic at this level of hotel, but this one did not have them...
And finally, I left my hair dryer, and they have not located it. They probably missed it while cleaning, but they didn't seem to go back to the room to check the place where I told said I'd left it. Bad service in that regard.
Otherwise, very nice week spent there!
Definitely a shining star in CG. The access, parking options and views from the restaurant are spectacular.
BTW, if you are into fantastic wine selections pairing with top notch fresh pasta and traditional sauce...this place has to be on your must stay list.
Staff training and professionalism are abundantly clear here.

Great view. All we had were drinks, but you would've thought I was paying for an attorney to do my last will and testament by the bill.
Absolutely & hands down amazing place to enjoy your vacation at Coconut Grove. The hotel is top notch from the scent, decor, amenities, restaurant and comfort to location. However, the most amazing asset they have is their friendly and truly helpful staff. I am giving special kudos to Rafael Motta (front office manager) who was just so caring and accommodating beyond expectations. A true professional that exemplifies excellence in his work. I was staying at another local hotel and was so impressed by everything that Mr C Hotel had to offer plus the service provided by Mr Motta, that my wife and I immediately decided to stay for the rest of our week vacation even if not getting a refund from the other hotel.
