My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean. The rooftop pool/bar area was definitely our favorite. It was beautiful with comfy sunbathing beds and great views overlooking the beach. I also would like to express my thanks for the great customer service to the staff especially Isaiah and Christian. They did a wonderful job making sure we had everything we needed. Definitely will be returning here.
I do not have one bad thing to say about the place. The rooms were clean, pool and rooftop was great with some amazing views, location is perfect compared to beach and nightlife you can walk to so much and the staff was literally top notch. They know how to hire because literally every single person there from front desk, to night security (Josh was the best I literally never felt safer than with him around) to the pool attendants to the bartenders and servers at naked taco and the housekeepers literally EVERYONE was so nice, caring and amazing. I would go back in a heartbeat. I accidentally dropped money outside my room door and one of the housekeepers or managers knocked to let me know. I could not speak more highly of these workers. Every single one of them wore masks 100% of the time and had an extra when I lost mine. The beds were so comfortable. Truthfully the elevator was a little slow, which they totally warned us about at the beginning anyways, but it’s a 4 story building taking the stairs was never an issue. Anyways, this is the place. 10/10.
Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early which was wonderful. We enjoyed our time at the rooftop pool although a few more shade umbrellas up there would be nice as it seemed a few people threw their towels on the chairs with the umbrellas to claim them and then left for the day. Thought the drinks were a bit pricey, but the waitstaff up there was top notch.
Instead of four big fluffy pillows it would’ve been nice to have two harder firmer ones and two fluffy. I also thought the lighting in the room was pretty awful and we struggled to figure out how the lights turned on and off. I would’ve also like to microwave and a small coffee pot. Overall it was an amazing location and a good value for what we paid.
The stay has been absolutely amazing! The housekeeping, staff and high bar has been very helpful and nice! Johanna at the pool was very helpful, engaging and overall great to us! Would definitely visit again.
Nice room. Thin walls. Loud outside with the hooligans acting foolish. Outdated. Needs a good refresh and interior redo. Definitely not a 4 or 5 star hotel.
