Excellent! It's just what I'm looking for! Since we were teenagers, my sister and I have enjoyed staying at this hotel. She adores the ambiance as well as the breathtaking interior design. Their food was delicious and exquisite! I'm glad there's still such a thing as a good hotel that treats its customers. You can book a room in a respectable and well-known hotel. There will never be a time when you are unhappy with your purchase. That's what there is to it.
All the staff you come across are incredibly warm and friendly. The lobby restaurant has a great variety for buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner, and again better than a lot of places. Overall, we had a very good stay in this hotel. We will come back to our next trip and recommend the hotel to my friends and family.
We had really high expectations for The Copper Door based on the previous reviews! The room and bathroom were really cute, although the bathroom was tiny. The building smells old (not sure how one would get rid of that though). The breakfast was not included in the price, but it was outstanding! The b&b would benefit from hiring a weekend/holiday front desk person and a way to contact them as well. It is during covid and was a holiday weekend though, so this may be the reasoning behind that. Overall we did enjoy our stay at this quaint little b&b. Beware though, our rental car's license plate was stolen off of our car while parked on the street overnight.
On a whim, my husband and I decided to spend the night in Miami, but we needed a room within a few hours. Copper Door had a vacancy and was within our budget ($100 once all fees & taxes were applied). We were pleasantly surprised by the anesthetic of this B&B and enjoyed the quaint, cozy feel of the simple, artistic bedroom. All amenities available with a 1940s flair. I will absolutely stay here again, and will recommend the same for visiting friends & family.
So cozy, so comfortable, plus I felt so safe with their cleanliness procedures! Plus in walking distance from so much... whether you're in town just to rest your head before travel or here for vacation, this would be a great place to stay!
