Fantastic experience at this hotel. I stayed recently and was very happy with the location and all the fun things to do around the hotel. There is a Walgreens and several restaurants walking distance which was very convenient. The manager Manuel was very cool and helpful, and he recommended a lot of cool stuff to do in the area. He provided excellent service and even let me do a late check out with no additional fee. The front desk guy Moises was also very cool and helpful. This hotel was great and I will definitely be going back soon. Thanks Manu and Moises!
Room was clean and nice very spacious. Hotel needs some work but overall nice place. More for younger crowd couldn’t get sleep because of the noise next door constantly all night. At check out they got over with my deposit I never got it back so be very careful with that. They told me I would get the deposit back never did. And because of covid they don’t clean your rooms I wasn’t told that until check in. So from the 23-27 I had a unclean room. But all the other resorts and hotels on the strip were cleaning the rooms. How I know my sister stayed at the palms which is where I will be staying next time I come.
This hotel was given only two stars because it’s walking distance to the beach.
If you have multiple kids on vacations this place may be for you...if you like Motel 6!!
Rooms are very outdated.There were items left in the freezer from the prior guest. Clean towels were dirty, and let’s not talk about the floor. I don’t think housekeeping moped before our arrival.
When the check in guy said he needed to check the room first before we entered...I should have known something.
There is so much more I can add but I will just say. Do your self a favor and stay somewhere else.
BTW- I asked for a better room and was told that was the best...scary!!!
It's a beautiful place. it has comfortable rooms and cute swimming pool. on the top floor you can see and take wonderful sea's pictures.
Manager Manuel made our stay incredibly awesome. From the time we checked in he was extremely helpful and made many reccomendations where to eat and he was spot on with his choices. We travel to Florida a couple of times a year and this is a great spot. Beach just across the street. and shopping a plenty within walking distance. If you enjoy walking...skip the car rental since everything so close. Lyft from airport under $20.
