The ambiance was new and immaculate. My colleagues are friendly and helpful. It's pretty cool, and I think it's best for vacationers. The hotel's location is beneficial due to its proximity to the area. It's a fantastic word. This was really a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. I was overjoyed at the prospect of spending more time with my loved ones. It is an absolute must-have!!
Stayed in a residence room this time and it exceeded expectations. We have stayed in the hotel portion on other trips. Both are great with amazing ocean views if that’s what you book. Pool can get busy, be sure to get there early if you want a chair. Staff is attentive and perfect location on south beach. It is located right next door to 1 hotel, another great place for drinks. It’s in walking distance to a lot of other great places too.
The entirety of my stay was phenomenal. The location, the amenities- great. The room was clean, and I was very comfortable the whole time. Hector at the front desk was great as well. Every staff member I came in contact with were super. We cannot wait to travel again
This place was unbelievable. Great location, great staff, great amenities. From the 15th floor infinity pool to the balconies looking over the city, the place was great. One of the best parts was meeting Hector when we checked in. That guy is pure gold. He was friendly, remembered us every time we passed the front desk, gave great recommendations for activities, and was so so pleasant to be around. He was the cherry on top of an amazing stay.
Everything was worth the stay. We got the Fantastic room category which included a separate living and dinning area from the bedroom. I was impressed with how big the room was. The view from the balcony was great. If you are a light sleeper keep in mind that this hotel is in the heart of the Brickell area and as I noticed people in Miami love to honk, so you will hear a lot of that. Our room was on the 12th floor and you could definitely still hear the noise. The most important thing for me was that the bed was super comfortable and there was a tub in the room!
