Arrived in the morning, way before check in time. Unfortunately because they're like a small boutique we were only able to check in 2 hours prior to the original check in. Otherwise when we got to the room everything was great. Hotel staff always greeted us when we were in the lobby. We only stayed one night so we weren't able to really enjoy the other amenities. A good stay nonetheless!
Kimpton Angler's Hotel South Beach was excellent! The room was beautiful and super clean, we had a group of people and several rooms and all of them were the same way. The staff was great, very friendly. The roof top pool was amazing, a great view of the sunset over Miami. I will stay at the Kimpton Angler's Hotel South Beach again.
Every Hilton Hotel I have been to in the past 21 years of my life have provided better, prompt, and more courteous service than the Kimpton Angler's Hotel ever could. We arrived on our check in date to have to wait several hours to check in because they didn't have our room ready. It got to a point where some groups came hours after we did, yet they received their room key before we did. I paid for the resort special but there is no type of breakfast, dinner, or anything resort like nor complementary. There seems to be only one housekeeper for the entire facility, and they are overwhelmingly understaffed. The Hotel is beautiful in a great location, but service wise spend your bank at a friendlier spot
Not bias or anything but truly believe this is the BEST BALLPARK in the world. Great people, food is good and the VIEW!!! Don't think any other ballpark has a view like this. I get excited every year in April when I know the Giants are back. Almost every seat at the park is amazing, (almost).
Hotel itself is nice but the service is the worst I’ve ever seen. For one thing, front desk is severely under staffed. I have to wait for hours to check in, or wait for hours to ask for a dental kit since no one is answering the phone I called from my room.
Then the breakfast. Breakfast is included daily in the package I bought, but the staff at the breakfast restaurant has no idea about this policy. I had to go back, wait for 20min to talk to front desk, and then go back to the restaurant, the restaurant staff go to front desk to ask how it works. Plus the service at restaurant is awful.
So do not recommend this hotel.
