Reviews from visitors:
my experience was extraordinary. The hotel is small but very cute. The Staff is very friendly, they made me feel like I was at home. Cleanliness is very good every detail of the hotel very well thought out. The restaurant service is very good. The hotel is in the middle of little Havana, walking you find many restaurants. I will definitely come back
Check in process is easy with the kiosk since there's no front desk area but there was someone there to assist if needed at the time. The lobby area is uniquely decorated and cozy. The rooms are pretty small(perfectly sized) clean, comfortable beds, ac works great, and small snacks and drinks for in room purchase. The TV in the room has no cable so you must be able to stream. There is a text you will receive at check in that you can text if you need help or want to request anything like water and they'll bring right your room. The rooftop bar is a great place with great food to nibble on. I highly recommend visiting here. We walked to little Havana which is about 15 minute walk. The manager was friendly here and there was free parking on the street in front of hotel.
Loved this place! We stayed a Tues-Weds passing through Miami and I wish we found it earlier. Great interior, smooth self-check in, newly opened roof top with stunning views. We had a rental car an parked it just outside the hotel on the street where there were plenty of space even though we arrived late, and free parking. The neighbourhood felt safe walking round even at night. We got some great restaurant tips from the staff at the hotel and went and had a late traditional Cuban dinner to live music, great! The only - would be that the walls are quite thin and you do hear people walking in the hallway, but we weren’t distributed by it. We lived on the second floor. There was also a false fire alarm that went off in the middle of the night and woke us up, but I think they handled that. Would stay again!
What an adorable boutique hotel in Little Havana!
Roy & Percy, of the restaurant staff, were my favorites!!! Their genuine sweetness & friendliness added so much warmth to my stay. Plus, the food was healthy & DELICIOUS
I loved the decor here, too! Perfect photo-ops to be had. My room was perfect, especially for my petite self. Although, I wish they had blackout curtains, because I love taking my afternoon siestas. I'm glad I brought ear-plugs, too, since it's noisy in the daytime. I slept very well at night though! Plush pillows & a cozy blanket, in a big bed.
The bathroom is nice & bright, with a rainfall shower head. The water pressure was amazing! The towels were nice & fluffy. Also loved the smell of little toiletries they give you.
At night, there's also a guard/staff.
I felt very safe & cozy here as a solo female traveler! I'll definitely be back!!!
Such a cute hotel, I wish I could have stayed longer! The owner is very sweet and does a great job at making sure the guests are taken care of too, which is always a plus! The beds are nice and the rooms and bathrooms themselves are so cute! I would definitely stay here again when I am back in Miami.
