This is the finest hotel in the neighborhood! The atmosphere was sleek and spotless. It's perfect for dates and business meetings. It was a great way to unwind. We've had a wonderful time here. You've got to have a decent name in the area. You've done a great job!
Please choose another location no towels or wash clothes. BEWARE SOME ROOMS DO NOT COME WITH MICROWAVE AND REFRIGERATOR &The gentleman at the front is very rude. Lack customer service skills. This could have been a fantastic trip, but this hotel for the price lack everything. Will not be staying here again nor do I recommend anyone to stay here. It was a group of us and we all will be writing reviews of how horrible this place is. The black lady at night is such a sweetheart. They should switch her to be there around check in time. Speaks English well and easy to understand. Valet service was fast and prompt. I blame management for lack of managing.
I was staying at the dormitory of my school, and they can't stay here. So, I searched online, and I found out about this hotel. They have numerous positive feedbacks and reviews. They stayed overnight, and my parents loved the place! The staff and other employees were very polite and friendly to them. I was so happy they treated my parents well and well-loved! Thanks, guys!
We specifically asked for early check in and they guaranteed it multiple times. We were never once informed of their policy regarding check in. The manager stated she would just cancel our reservation. The 1800# offered no assistance. The situation was handled poorly and they were rude. The hotel room was spacious but the floors were dirty. The bed felt lumpy and only had one sheet on it. Housekeeping was extremely slow and they were always out of towels. You get one small lotion and you have to request more before 2 pm or they won’t give you any extra. We could smell marijuana throughout the hotel. We were not informed about any amenities or anything they offer but we noticed everyone checked in after us was given great attention. They would have two employees at the front but one would ignore the guest while the other one handles all the guest. The employees at this location need to be retrained.
We loved the view from the 11th floor! Room was pleasant. However had some technical issues.
The curtain by the balcony door was loose and ready to fall off (Needs to be anchored). Towel rods were loose. Toilet seat was loose. Bed mattress covering was torn exposing the foam to potential bedbug infestation. Thankfully there weren't! Worst part was with the shower, it had no hot water.
Apart from that. It was a pleasant stay. The hotel is centrally located by some really nice restaurants.
