When we checked in, Jasmine was the lady at the desk. She was super cool and laid back but still very professional. Housekeeping was polite and they did a really good job! I especially love that blanc kara is literally only 7 minutes away from pretty much anything you want go do! When ever we had any kind of issue or concern the staff fixed it right away with no hesitation. Truly a nice place to stay. If I could make recommendations to this place on how they could be better, I would say they should get a pool(:
This hotel is an absolute delight, our room was maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness during our stay, the facilities in the room were first rate.
Oh my goodness our bed wasn't just comfy it was fabulous, this is testament to the 12 hrs of shut-eye I had on Tuesday night to Wednesday morning, they always say a good night's kip helps fuel the day.
Speaking of fuel, the kitchen facilities were home from home, with many a fantastic meal cooked by ourselves in it.
The shower was a revelation in itself, the easiest way to de-sand yourself from South Beach ⛱, was using the very powerful hot shower.
The staff, were so helpful.. if you want a lesson on good customer service, then take a proverbial leaf out of their leafy volume. It was excellent and exceptional, whatever I needed they fulfilled, to the highest standards of customer care and dedication.
It is a magnificent location, a hop, skip and jump from the beach, the breakfast pack was also a delight every morning.
I cannot praise this hotel high enough, because I'm running fast out of superlatives just how good this hotel is.
I would come again and re-book in a heartbeat .

Absolutely no check in before 3 pm because they have to wait until housekeeping gives them a list of rooms ready?! Seriously? How does a hotel function this way! Waited in the tiny lobby with other folks who waited too. The staff is not friendly or inviting. It's almost as we are a bother to them. First time here and it will be my last.
Don’t do it. The room smelled. The shower rod was almost rusted through. The bathroom looked like a gas station restroom. Getting an extra towel is like an act of God. The beds are low and hard. The breakfast comes in a bag. There’s a daily “resort fee” that’s charged when you check in. You can’t opt out of it. It isn’t included in the price when booking. Now I know why they don’t offer refunds, they’d probably be out of business. Best thing about the hotel is the hot water and proximity to the beach.
