This hotel and staff exceed my expectations! Beautiful roof top with restaurant, pools and surrounding grounds were beautiful and well kept. Room clean with nice view - as described in our reservation. Location is also a plus! But the best part is the staff - friendly, helpful and professional!

Such an amazing experience. First time in Miami the hotel staff, the hotel room everything was top quality. We did have an incident where valet Lost our car keys. The entire staffed worked together to accommodate, resolve the issue. Despite the incident this hotel was amazing, highly recommend when in Miami.
An amazing hotel that gave my family and I a wonderful space to gather and celebrate. The pool and gym we're fantastic and provided all of the necessary amenities, including a rowing machine, which I loved.
A few points to mention:
The lights were a bit annoying to operate.
The dishware could have been more plentiful and varied.
There were not enough towels for everyone when we arrived (6 staying in the suite).
The hood above the stove top was not properly cleaned before we checked in.
Besides that, the service was amazing and the staff were very friendly. Very pleased to rate it 4 stars.
Hotel was great the only downside is they haven’t gave me my security deposit back it’s been over a month of waiting! I was told 15 business days so I called after 15 business days and they said we are sorry and did some stuff on there end saying it hasn’t cleared but I still haven’t received my money.
Every time I call the staff seems clueless.
Finally they sent me to there accounting person hopefully this gets resolved.
Love it here. Not too busy. Beautiful views. Attentive staff and good sized rooms. Also great location. Definitely a favorite in downtown Miami.
