I was torn between giving this 3 or 4 stars because the pool, staff and view are all gorgeous, but I really disliked the rooms. I've stayed at a few Miami hotels and I definitely think that the pool and view of the water are incredible and hard to beat. The staff at the pool are also very friendly and attentive which I appreciate. The menu at the pool also has vegan options which is amazing :)
The thing i disliked about this hotel is the rooms. The TVs are super outdated, the aesthetic of the rooms seems very trashy for a 4 star hotel, and they could definitely be a little cleaner.
Overall I liked my time here, but if you are coming definitely expect the rooms to be the quality of a 3 star hotel and nothing more.
This is my second time visit this hotel. I really enjoy it. The rooms are Nice and clean, The staffs in the front desk are professional and friendly. .. they have a big, nice and warm Swimming pool with Spectacular parametric bay view. A lot of events and actions on the weekends. I definitely planning to come back for my next vacation.
Visited for lunch on a Tuesday. Had reservation for 1pm which was perfect. There were very few people and had prime table with water view.
We understand it gets crowded on weekends. We are not fans of crowded places even before pandemic and so a slow weekday was ideal.
The decor was nice since the $20 million remodel and the water views were amazing. The dining area is outdoors under cover.
The water views are the best feature.
While the menu lacked culinary creativity, the dishes we ordered, a Cobb salad with grilled shrimp and Nicoise salad were flavorful.
Service was good, timely and hospitable.
There is a service charge of 20% and valet is reduced to $15 with validation.
We would return especially for Happy Hour starting at 4pm.
Most cocktails average $18 + tax + tip. During happy hour they drop to $10-$12
We stayed for 9 days in mid-january and loved our stay. They took the social distancing and mask wearing seriously and we felt safe. Views blew us away. Bars and food were good. We'll definitely be coming back!
