Very nice hotel in a great location. Clean, modern rooms and a wonderful outside patio. The 24 h complementary coffee, tea and hot chocolate was a big plus! Loved the happy hour cheese and wine! Very friendly and cooperative staff. We have dealt with Eva and Nicole most of the time and were extremely satisfied with their service. Our initial room was on the first floor but we had asked to be relocated on the second. The very next day we had the room ready and moved in before 11:00 am. Eva gave us very good advice about places to eat, shops and tours. Our flight was late in the afternoon, so we left the luggage at the reception. Thank you Eva and Nicole! You made our stay very pleasant and we already miss the place! Will gladly return and recommend Julia.
We were staying for 2 nights in the first floor room.
* Everything was nice and clean except for one of the towels that was very stinky for some reason (something weird, not like bleach, but much worse) ♀️
* The King bed wasn't actually King -- it was 2 mattresses put together.
* There was a lot of banging and loud music coming from the floor above during our first night there. But the next day the hosts diligently checked in with us about how our stay was going and everything was quiet the next night.
I loved this hotel. It's easy and beautiful.
Loved it! Great for solo visit or couples. Business or pleasure...I highly recommend. The private room was 5 star. Perfect location for beach, relaxation, dining or Clubs..
