Everything was amazing . We got an early check in . They went above and beyond for a birthday celebration. We received balloons, a small cake, and they wrote happy birthday on our mirror. They did accommodate us with every request . Great location the pool wasn’t crowded at all even though it was a very busy time in Miami. They kept giving us little baggies containing sanitizer and masks and other things.
We were very satisfied with our stay.

I really wanted to leave a 5 star review! Planned a visit for Valentines Day expecting everything to be perfect, but the Four Seasons didn't live up to it's reputation this time.
Good:
-Facility is beautiful
-Staff is friendly
-Dinner at Edge was excellent
Bad:
-Sink was clogged with something gross so we were unable to get ready for our dinner reservation. They tried to switch our room at the front desk, but were at full capacity.
-At one point, all of the elevators except for one were down. We were stuck on the 22nd floor with another couple for almost a half an hour then were forced to use the stairs. The situation improved later on in the day, but that is a lot of stairs.
-Our room service order was incomplete. We ordered the smoked salmon bagel. It came without the salmon.
We were given a free appetizer at dinner, but we weren't that hungry. The checkout process was a bit rushed so they didn't ask about our stay. There is definitely 5 star potential here. Unfortunately we did not receive it.
