This hotel exceeded my expectations! First off I had the King Terrace suit on the third floor and it was beautiful! I felt like I was staying in a glass box!!
The hotel was so clean and the staff was great!! Also, the full breakfast is included in your stay which is amazing!! Lastly, the beach is 2 blocks away!! Perfect!!

We recently stayed at the hotel and had to unexpectedly leave due to a death in our family. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and caring. We had left so quickly that we forgot all our valuables in the safe. My sister worked with Ms. Alex Guzman (spelling?) to FedEx our valuables back to us. Ms. Guzman delivered the package personally on her own time to FedEx to overnight the package to us. What service!!!! Our room was beautiful, I wish we could have stayed there longer. Thank you so much.
We came to stay for the JIS show at Miami Beach. The area around the hotel seem to be under construction, and there is no ocean view. However, the hotel was clean, comfortable, since there was a Curfew after 8pm due to corona virus, I did t leave the hotel. They have beautiful pool with excellent sushi restaurant. I service was excellent. Jennifer at the front desk was welcoming, made our stay pleasant with accommodating. Thank you. Will be back again.
Enjoyed the hotel overall. Would stay here again. The best thing was Susie at the front desk. So helpful and a GREAT personality! Great restaurant inside, "Blue Ribbon Grill and Sushi" - The bar is good - They had a good DJ - Smaller hotel, but it's nicely decorated. Cons: the room was clean but there were NO towels in the room when we arrived. There was no microwave or full length mirror or any other mirror outside of the mirror in the bathroom in our room.
The location is perfect. 1.5 blocks from the beach and just off Collins avenue. Easy access to the best parts of South Beach but on a calm and quiet side street. The hotel and pool area are effortlessly chic and stylish and the staff are professional yet not overbearing. Rooms are well kept and comfortable and the shower is amazing!
