I am very happy with our stay there. We were there for 5 night's. Not only was our stay here great but our whole time visiting the Miami area and the keys were amazing. I have to say everyone we encountered were very nice, if i could give the city and the people all would get 5 star's. Thank you Miami and the surrounding area for a nice vacation
After I found the perfect dress at this boutique, this is my first and last shopping trip. She'll take one look at you and find out what would look good. The sales representatives were helpful, thorough, and made me feel unique. As a result, I'll make sure to tell everyone I know about them!
Nice hotel and nice staff. The location is great and the rooms are really nice! 10$ uber drive to south beach and easy to walk to Downtown and Art district. The only negative thing is that we were 4 and we had only one key for the room- We had to stay together all the time.
Very quiet hotel for there to be quiet a few guest. Clean and pretty. That’s about it. Housekeeping doesn’t come to change sheets, restore towels or anything honestly. We’ve been here four days now and had to call in for clean body and face towels. There are no microwaves in the rooms which is inconvenient if you have leftovers. I called down and asked for one, but the guy at the front desk said he’d just given out the last one...? how? there are 10 + floors but only a few microwaves. Doesn’t make sense and very much inconvenient. He didn’t try to get one that wasn’t being used to accommodate my stay. Kind of bummed.
We had a great stay and beautiful room with beautiful views of downtown Miami. Two of our walls were ceiling to floor windows. Due to covid, they can’t do room service as often as usual but if you call to the front desk you can get anything you need. It was also fairly quiet on our floor. Beautiful bathroom as well. Thank you Andy for making our experience great despite our unexpected late check in. You made our experience memorable.
