Loved every minute of our stay - from checking in with the nicest gal at the front desk to the awesome amenities, a super comfortable bed and very clean room, it was all great! The hotel has bikes you can use so one morning we biked to breakfast which was fun. The pool is awesome and has a "chill out" room beside it which is perfect to do a little work while relaxing by the pool. All of the hotel staff we spoke with even just passing by in the hallways were super friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend staying at Urbanica!
The staff was great and the room was very comfortable. Things were clean and pleasant. However, the Valet service is not worth the price, as they need at least one hour notice before requestiong your car and can barely keep up with that. I would definitely stay here again, jut without the valet service.
Very noisy at night - loud music from bar. We asked for a quiet room so probably much worse the closer you are to bar. Service of rooms is by request and even then a bit patchy. Bring your own toiletries! Our floor was still sticky when we arrived. Stayed here a few times but seems to have gone downhill. Or uphill if you want to sleep in a nightclub. Pluses - Friendly staff, good location, nice inside-outside feel.
Can’t say enough good things about my stay here! The staff was incredible and beyond friendly. Will definitely be coming back! Exceeded all my expectations
Nice hotel but the bar is really intense and goes on into the night. The hotel is good value for money, the clientele at the bar is a little aggressive in their attitude though. Bring earplugs.
