5 star location, 5 star views; 3 star customer service. The room was gorgeous. The only thing I would change about the room is the beautiful, useless sinks. It shouldn't take 10 mins to get warm water, from a sink that looks great but has absolutely no water pressure (not practical). No one ever answers the phone at the front desk!
Best hotel in downtown. Suites are huge with tech galore and walking distance to all the major restaurants.. Many many rooms to ya know "explore"
Wanted to quickly say a huge THANK YOU to the team at the Hotel Beaux Arts and JW Marriott. You made my fiancee's 40th birthday extremely special. The level of service, care and investment in our stay is second to none! Katie, the manager at the location was EXTREMELY helpful and really invested in making sure that our stay exceeded expectations.
We stayed in the Warhol suite - which - GORGEOUS. The location of the hotel was also perfect, it's away from the hustle and bustle of Brickell but also very much within walking distance of everywhere you want to be. LOVED LOVED LOVED my stay. I didn't want to leave.
Covid really seems to give Hotels a reason to limit their service. I was told that there were rooms available to upgrade me using a suite night award - because they were slow they only had one floor open so they don’t have any upgraded rooms available. The room did not have a coffee maker or any glass cups or really any amenities at all. No ice bucket- I asked for ice and they brought me a bag but nothing to put it in. Called the front desk in the morning to request my car but didn’t get an answer. When I went down it took over 15 minutes with only one other person there to bring the car around. Breakfast was included since the lounge was closed- but they failed to mention it’s only for the cheapest thing on the menu and you’d have to pay anything extra... also very slow to bring the check.
For a category 6 hotel I have yet to see anything that is better than my stays at Courtyard Marriott besides the furnishings which are quite nice. Just because there is a pandemic doesn’t mean that service ceases to exist - you should treat the people that choose to support you and travel better than you are doing now.
Worst experience ever, the house keepers either stole or threw away our bathroom products ... a whole big bag of products missing when we came back. Housekeeping of course claimed this to not be the case. Won’t ever come back here and am cutting our stay here short.
