I loved my stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Brickell. I stayed here for 8 days. The check in was smooth and while booking and before check in I had requested for a room with balcony and I was upgraded to that. The room was clean and COVID19 protocols are being followed to the T. Amongst the amenities in the room, we had a microwave and coffee maker and the coffee pods, were easily available from the reception. We did order in, a couple of days, and the microwave came in handy. The reception staff, was extremely cooperative. The property is beautiful, I loved the pool and gym, used both during the stay. It is at an amazing location, very close to key areas in Miami. If you are driving, they offer you free parking. All in all a good stay!
Love this hotel. Very fun party atmosphere in the day and winds down to relax atmosphere at night. Great staff, clean rooms and comfy beds. Pool is small but still fun.
This hotel is in downtown Miami, the location is ideal if you are spending most of your time in Brickell, however if you plan on spending time at the beach this location is not ideal and far from the beach. I’m giving it a 3 star since our room didn’t get cleaned for 3 days despite requesting a room clean with the front desk directly. The room was spacious and had many mirrors and plugs which was an added bonus, however the AC does not work properly, going on and off in the middle of night we all woke up in sweats. Shout out to the front desk staff who were always so kind and courteous to us during our stay despite our room not getting cleaned.
The front desk girl was absolutely amazing!! We ended up here after a VERY bad safety experience at another place. She took care of EVERYTHING and made us feel so safe. Beyond friendly as well.
This hotel is a true oasis with amazing gardens and quiet. It almost felt as if we were in the middle of a rain forest, and it was surreal. We had the most amazing breakfast, and the service was very fast and very friendly. My girlfriend and I spend five peaceful days here, and we can't wait to go back!
