Reviews from visitors:
Do not ever go for this hotel . All the good reviews seems fake after staying here.
I came seeing good reviews, but all false .
1- hidden fees 170$ . That’s fir a resort which they don’t have.
2- no coffee in room , go to reception every time you want to drink one.
3- no room service, even when you request to room cleaning. No new towel or bath robe .
4- the receptionist at night is rude. No friendly ness at all.
5. No microwave or freezer.
6. No breakfast .
With the money you pay here easily better room better service available.
Awful service. Falsely advertised valet parking/ the way I was initially greeted was, “We don’t have parking here.” Restaurant was closed for renovations & there is NOT even a lobby or even a bathroom. The room was beautiful but they didn’t have coffee or ice unless you request it & wait 15 minutes for them to bring it. And they only had decaf k-cup pods. They certainly did not care one bit about hospitality or being polite to guests with one exception (one employee was friendly). The reason for 2 stars (instead of 1) is the good location, use of 2 beach chairs/ towels on South Beach (which we paid for in resort fee), and the very nice inside of the room/ bathroom.
Was here last year, saw 1 year old photos pop up on my phone and realized I forgot to write a review for this hotel.
The staff was super friendly! The rooms were very clean, comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. AC was the best out of the 10 hotels we stayed at throughout our trip.
Very close to the beach, Ocean Drive, and restaurants.
Pool area wasn't all that. Saggy beds, this area needed some renovation. In hindsight we didn't really need a pool anyway.
Would definitely stay again.
This is most refreshing pleasant place to stay in Miami price reasonable staff magnificent and the old school Italian setting is beautiful. The pleasant smell blew me away I did not want to leave. There’s a pool on 4th floor nice relaxing provided chairs and tables as well as towels. Point is this will be my spot to stay whenever I come back to Miami
Place was nice compared to some of the other hotels we looked into for the same price range. The restaurant was closed during our stay so no room service was offered. They don't clean rooms due to covid during your stay. The pool was awesome and rooftop views were amazing. Plenty of fun watching Collins Ave from the room.
