I'm literally being nice giving a three. From the car valets to the front desk absolutely poor service. I would call the front desk and no answer not once! BARELY acknowledging your presence, and not friendly and to top it off makes you pay extra for EVERYTHING to clean your room, pay, to park your car, extra pay and it's mandatory valet btw. Literally made us feel like it was a bother we were there. Do not recommend
This hotel is missing all the details. Hotel rooms are spacious, pool areas are great. However, the service and maintenance details are missing completely.
Restaurant, bars, and coffee shop are closed hours earlier than usual with no communication to guests. Adult pool lounge area littered with cigarette butts. Hot tub in adult pool area not working. Front desk non-responsive to phone calls. No washcloths or hand towels provided (this is their linen policy, not a housekeeping oversight). Beach towels provided in the room as bath towels "because they ran out".
Hotel is nice but appears they are operating on a reduced staff and it shows.
I’m going to give you my honest review about this place in here it is I checked in for three nights the lobby is beautiful and smells amazing the rooms are beautiful The beach is very nice my stay was going great until I went to sleep and there was construction that started at 5 AM in the unit directly above me the front desk never alerted me prior to let me know there was going to be any type of construction it sounded like they were going to come through the roof I went ahead and called to the front desk they told me there was not anything that they can do. a few hours went by it continued I then called again and asked to speak to a manager The manager move me to a different unit where the toilet was broken Someone then came and fixed the toilet I tried to make the best out of my stay but it just kept getting worse and then at the end they told me that valet was $25 a night which is ridiculous they did not handle my situation correctly at all that is why I will not stay with them anymore
To be truthful, I was a little sceptical in picking this hotel after reading some reviews. But still decided to give it a try. I don't regret it one bit. It has been a wonderful experience staying here. Staff is very professional and attended our needs very quickly. Access to the beach is so convenient and the view from the balcony is so amazing.
The hotel is stunning! Absolutely gorgeous. However, there were a lot of issues upon arrival. After paying over $1400, I should not have encountered the situations I did face. Our room didn't have any linens (towels/washcloths) upon arrival. It took constant complaints from myself and other customers to get linens, which is ridiculous. Someone was mistakenly given the same room as myself and they walked in on my sister, getting out of the shower. Only an apology was given for this. This could've turned into a serious issue. Then, because of the front desk mistake, the housekeeping came to our door and ordered us to take our things and leave after our first night (but I paid for 3 nights). After speaking to Rudy, the manager, he did apologize and fixed the issue. He also tried to charge me because of the 5 people we had in our room, but the reservation only said 2 (which was my mistake), however this hotel is very expensive and shouldn't have fees for every little thing, with such horrible service. Luckily, our room was good, the view was amazing and I was somewhat comfortable. However, I will not stay again.
