Went to visit some good Friends to have some drinks at the pool and the experience was amazing. The hotel setting has a very welcome relax and cozy atmosphere. Only thing i wish for, was if I could switch my hotel to stay there. Love the feeling I was getting from just the reception and the environment. Bartender at the poolside was very nice and engaging, hope to return as a guest one day
We had an overall nice stay at the Lennox Hotel. The grounds are beautiful and the smell in the lobby is amazing. The pool area is intimate and a much different scene compared to many of the other Miami hotels. The pool area and lobby were kept wonderfully clean and we felt safe throughout our stay. The pool area did fill up quickly in the AM and often times we were not able to find a seat (or place to place or things to swim).
However, upon checking in to our room, there was a terrible smell of sewage. We stuck it out for one night, but by day 2 could no longer stand it. Upon speaking with the front desk, they were able and willing to move our room however, the room was a downgrade. I was not happy with this result as it was a pain to repack and move our already settled things, especially to a room that was a downgrade from our original room. The room had no windows, only a large glass door, was on the second floor and was much smaller. After speaking with the front desk again, they advised that I was "upgraded for free upon check-in," something I was not made aware of and frankly do not believe. They were not willing to relocate the room to one of equal or better value (we were there during the week, Mon-Fri).
Overall, our experience with the Lennox was good. We enjoyed the hotel itself and the relaxing, chill environment. I expected better service and will most likely look at different hotels for our future visits.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!! We had the worst experience ever! The hotel itself is very cute. However, the staff is absolutely horrible!! We had no towels, no wash cloths, no hand towels. We never had anyone come in to clean our room while we’re there for 4 days. And the worst part, the air conditioner didn’t work! It was 85 degrees in our room for over 24 hours. They kept saying they were going to fix it, they never did. They wouldn’t move us to another room because supposedly there were no rooms available. The front desk staff said it wasn’t their problem and we would have to figure it out. Not to mention they would hang up on us when we would call to check the status of the AC being fixed. Nothing but lip service. We had to cut our vacation short, and come back a day early! We were never offered any compensation or anything for the inconvenience. Bottom line, go to another hotel there are a lot of cute options in the area with better customer service.
I wanted to be sure to share my review regarding our stay at the Lennox. The staff went above and beyond ensuring me and my friends had a wonderful time! Jerred the maintenance tech and Ingrid one of the managers treated our party so well. At the end of the day, they made us so comfortable we’re definitely coming back! Thank you, to the front desk team as well! 5 Stars +
The hotel has a perfect location, the staff are friendly and nice.
The pool is smaller than pictures but it's still really nice and warmed.
The room is great clean and well organized it's a little small but the bed is really comfortable and the sheet are clean.
The bathroom really clean and really nice.
