Wonderful stay. Cool, art deco styled boutique hotel. What really sets this place apart from the competition is the high level of Superior service and friendly atmosphere the staff provides. The effortlessly accommodated our every request. Rooms are a bit small, hotel pool is crowded but the outdoor space is still provide a very chill atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Let me start by saying that the staff is world class. From guest services, restaurant, pool/ beach staff, and valet, they were all very professional, extremely polite, and accommodating. We ate at the restaurant several times during our stay and the food was always delicious.
The room was immaculate and with an amazing ocean view. I could go on forever, but I think I made my case for 5 stars. Great job everyone, and thank you.
Excellent boutique hotel for globalists. Great staff and management. People are friendly here. I love the vibe. Although rooms a little dated, it’s way better than my previous stay at Waldorf Boca Beach club. I would definitely come back again. Quite and chic hotel. Love it.
Where to begin..
This hotel can commend a premium due to its location right in the middle of Miami Beach and being right on the water with great easy access to beach.
The rooms felt modern and comfortable and no complaints on any features, other than the fact that room did not have an alarm clock ⏰ which I found to be odd.
The hotel does not rank too high for me, due to numerous service issues across staff. Admittedly the hotel was completely full over the days I stayed here, so the staff may have been overwhelmed and I try to be understanding but there was lots of disconnect and many areas for improvement.
We asked hotel for minor service request which we had to remind a couple of times over a short span of time and they were not very friendly about it.
We are here now... DO NOT waste your time on a room that is ocean view. Sure it’s pretty but they blare the music late into the night so you can’t actually sleep. Rooms are alright...very small. Not enough towels. Nothing special.
Pros: great location but the music at the pool drowns this out I promise!
