Honestly, I am really surprised this hotel doesn't have a better rating. Its location in terms of proximity to everything; restaurants, shopping area, and a block away from the beach, is amazing. The place is beautiful from the outside and like most Miami hotels you have to walk past the restaurant to get to the lobby. We didn't get a chance to try the restaurant but I wish we would have.
The staff was accommodating to our needs of a bigger room. The rooms are a bit small so this is meant for couples or 2-3 people per room. YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY TRYING TO SPLIT A ROOM WITH 4-5 PEOPLE. THIS IS NOT THAT, GET AN AIRBNB.
The pool on the roof is so cute and they have a huge seating area with a cute little cabana. Amazing view as well. Plenty of space to hang out away from other patrons.
Definitely would stay here again.
It's a very nice hotel, with nice rooms, and the rooftop pool and lounge area are very very nice. The bathroom setup is a little strange, in that the sink has no towel rack. The towel rack is in a different room (which is where the toilet is). Not really a big deal but kind of annoying. Also the room has no refrigerator apart from the mini bar. The staff is pretty hard to understand, I'm not complaining but they are hard to understand. But overall a very nice hotel.
I am currently staying at this hotel and am very unimpressed. I have had better customer service from a Hampton Inn than this “luxury hotel.” Hilton should be ashamed of how terrible the customer service is at this hotel. I have yet to feel welcomed at the front desk and each time we approach them we have to fight to get their attention away from their cell phones. As a Gold member, this was the first time we chose to explore the Curio Collection. Needless to say, we will not be returning and you are much better off to spend the money elsewhere. Very disappointed in our stay.
Usually very fast in and out. It was still today. Now has a few restaurants open inside terminal 2 but sky club closed for remodel. Much faster to move through versus Miami.
